Chrystal Kyles is the Executive Director of HOPE Excel Reaching the World Academy. Married to Joseph Kyles for 30+ years and am a loving mother of three.
Actively involved in the lives of youth for over 40 years, Chrystal uses her wit, motivative energy, and her influence to make an impact in the lives of youth everywhere, every day. Chrystal was the owner of Chrystal's Hair Dynasty for 25+ years. After reaching this momentous milestone in her business, she retired from her self-owned business in 2012 to birth H.O.P.E Excel Reaching the World Academy. Starting with only 5 head start students and an all-volunteer staff, Chrystal operated HOPE Excel with no funding for three years until she built relationships to help financially sustain the success of Hope Excel with founders such as Migmir, Mustard Seed, Chicago Community Trust (CCT), Westside Health Authority (WHA), Safe Haven, and other private donors. Hope Excel is growing by leaps and bounds. Hope Excel provides services to over 80 youth either enrolled full time in grade Head start through 2nd grade or through the afterschool program.
